1 ripe avocado, diced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon minced shallot
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Kosher salt to taste

Instructions
Fry the Wontons: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the wonton triangles until they’re golden and crispy, about 30 seconds per side. Remove and let them cool on paper towels.
Mix the Tuna and Avocado: In a bowl, gently toss the diced tuna, avocado, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, minced shallot, and sesame seeds until evenly coated.
Assemble: Spoon a little of the tuna and avocado mixture onto each wonton triangle and serve right away for the best crunch.
