I hired Sweet Basil Catering for an international product launch for 175 guests held at a Manhattan loft space for our biggest client, a world leader in consumer goods packaging. We’re based in Paris, so finding a reliable New York City caterer to partner with for this event was imperative. It is always hard for someone who’s a devoted cook to turn over “her” kitchen to outsiders, but as soon as I met Amy I knew she would be great. And so it proved. Her team is as calm, charming, and as easygoing as Amy herself, but exceptionally sharp and professional when it comes to providing first-class service.
